Our Purpose
The Enterprise strives to achieve an online eCommerce retail business. Products will include topicals (lotion and gel) and tinctures (oil). The products will also be available at the Plateau Travel Plaza and Indian Head Casino. If you are interested in being a wholesale distributor, please contact us.
Our products will be high quality, non-toxic, grown using organic methods and the whole plant will be used for extraction.
Our Story
The Enterprise began as a grassroots movement among the tribal membership in 2015. On December 17, 2015 a tribal referendum was held and overwhelmingly passed with 86% in favor of creating a cannabis enterprise. The Enterprise was chartered as a community benefits business by Tribal Council in April 2016 to develop and operate an on-reservation cultivation facility. A portion of the profits will be allocated to tribal member public health, safety, and welfare, including substance abuse treatment and prevention programs.
The grassroots effort was passionate, committed, and well informed about the uses of the plant, its benefits to individual users, and its potential to provide additional revenue streams for the Tribe.

Our Location
The Enterprise will be located in Central Oregon on the Warm Springs Reservation. It is formed as a Tribally owned Enterprise that will report to a Board of Directors. The Warm Springs Cannabis Commission, a separate entity comprised of three members with law enforcement and health backgrounds, will provide the regulatory oversight.
